Peak Alliance was founded to solve a growing problem in the restoration industry: the rapid disappearance of independent, family owned restoration companies. As large investors and national firms continue acquiring smaller businesses, many owners are left with few options. They can sell the company they built from the ground up, or continue operating alone without the resources or support needed to compete in a changing market. Peak was created to offer a better alternative. The team behind Peak recognized how difficult it is to run a restoration business today. Many owners feel stretched thin, isolated, or stuck without a clear path forward. Peak exists to change that. It is not a buyout or a franchise. It is a long term partnership designed to help owners scale, improve their businesses, and remain independent.
Meet the Team
Peak Alliance was created to help independent, family-owned restoration companies stay competitive without giving up control. As large firms and investors continue buying out smaller businesses, many owners feel stuck, either sell their company or struggle alone. Peak offers a third option: a long-term partnership that helps owners scale, improve operations, and grow sustainably while staying independent. It’s not a buyout or franchise, it’s a better path forward.
Ryan Aimers
CEO
Ryan leads Peak Alliance as CEO by providing our members with the support and resources to live a better life. He is deeply passionate about keeping family business in the family after a personal experience selling his family business to the wrong partner. Ryan has spent his career in exterior home painting, pest control and pool service. Ryan grew up in Canada and lives in New York with his wife Lizzy.
Joe Scroggins
COO
Joe has spent his entire career in disaster restoration and mitigation, including recently at a 30-location business from Maine to Florida. As COO at Peak Alliance, Joe helps our members create stability amid the chaos. Joe is passionate about building businesses that prioritize people, performance, and community. Joe grew up in Kansas City and now calls New Hampshire home with his two daughters and his wife Molly who works in restoration too!

Josh Stryjak
CGO
Josh has been restoring homes and businesses since he was 18 years old after getting his start as a part-time technician while studying in college. Josh is the owner of GreenTec Restoration and after partnering with Peak, he promoted his GM Tyler to the CEO position. Josh remains the President of GreenTec while primarily serving as Chief Growth Officer at Peak Alliance to help prospective members navigate the decision to join our alliance. Josh resides in Philadelphia, PA with his wife Spring and their two sons.
Erik Schuth
CFO
Erik is the CFO at Peak Alliance where he helps our members scale with technology to provide enhanced operational and financial insights. He’s deeply experienced helping trade services companies after more than a decade auditing, growing, and recapitalizing them. Erik grew up in Rochester, NY and is proud member of Bills Mafia.

Morgan Wasser
VP Finance
Morgan is no stranger to finance and accounting in industries with insurance as the payor, after previous experience in both disaster restoration services and healthcare services. As VP of Finance at Peak Alliance, Morgan provides our members with the financial information to make operational decisions. Morgan is a proud Texan currently living in Chicago, IL with her big Pryedoodle dog named Wilson.
Chris Fugiel
CMO
Chris is the CMO at Peak Alliance and leads the digital marketing team. His recent experience has been with gutter cleaning, lawn care and pest control companies, by helping businesses owners leverage the internet to generate qualified leads and grow their businesses. Chris lives in Chicago, IL with his wife Agnieszka and their two boys who are active soccer players and swimmers.
