Peak Alliance was founded to solve a growing problem in the restoration industry: the rapid disappearance of independent, family owned restoration companies. As large investors and national firms continue acquiring smaller businesses, many owners are left with few options. They can sell the company they built from the ground up, or continue operating alone without the resources or support needed to compete in a changing market. Peak was created to offer a better alternative. The team behind Peak recognized how difficult it is to run a restoration business today. Many owners feel stretched thin, isolated, or stuck without a clear path forward. Peak exists to change that. It is not a buyout or a franchise. It is a long term partnership designed to help owners scale, improve their businesses, and remain independent.

CEO
Ryan is the CEO at Peak Alliance after spending his career in pest control and pool services. He is a passionate entrepreneur who thrives when building businesses surrounded by great people who become family. Ryan grew up in Canada and lives in New York with his wife Lizzy.

Erik Schuth
CFO
Erik is the CFO at Peak Alliance where he helps our members scale with technology to provide enhanced operational and financial insights. He’s deeply experienced helping trade services companies after more than a decade auditing, growing, and recapitalizing them. Erik grew up in Rochester and is proud member of Bills Mafia.

Chris Fugiel
CMO
Chris is the CMO at Peak Alliance and geeks out on all things digital marketing. He’s had numerous roles at services companies helping businesses owners leverage the internet to generate qualified leads and grow their businesses. Chris lives in Chicago with his wife Agnieszka and two kids, William and James, who are active soccer players and swimmers.
